Final week has arrived to register for Europe’s newest high standard professional ballet competition, Budapest Ballet Grand Prix. The BBGP2024 program and other important information can also be found in our article.
Make sure you are sending your application and video recording in time as we consider and pre-select each application having arrived until the deadline 18th of October, which has been extended due to the great interest and the request of our partner institutions.
It is our delight that BBGP entrants are interested in this year’s competition in a progressively increasing number. Therefore, as we are constantly processing received applications to the competition, we are noting applicants about pre-registration results on the go. Please mind that due to the limited participation numbers, the competition has almost been filled in and the possible number of the competitors’ places are decreasing swiftly.
This year’s competition also has a novelty for applicants as we have made the Pas de Deux category more accessible for You to apply. The age limit has been lowered to 17 years of age and the required repertoire is 1 classical plus 1 contemporary duets only.
