We are extremely honored to present a new member in our jury, highly renowned Tamás Solymosi, Director of Ballet in the Hungarian State Opera and the founder of Hungarian National Ballet Institute.
After graduating at Hungarian Dance Academy and the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Saint Petersburg, as well as in Monte Carlo, Mr. Solymosi appeared in countless stages worldwide, Hungarian National Ballet, ballet companies of Miami and Chicago, Osaka Ballet, Bolshoi in Moscow, the opera houses of Munich and Berlin, as well as in Santiago de Chile, and has appeared as a principal at the Wiener Staatsoper, the Dutch National Ballet, the Semperoper Dresden and the ballet company of the New York Metropolitan Opera. It is an outstanding privilege to greet him in Budapest Ballet Grand Prix Jury.
